Coaching for higher-impact teams
We partner with our clients to create the coaching engagements that will work best for you, based on your needs, your team, your timing, and your budget. As a starting point, we offer two general types of engagements:
In our Partner-based coaching, we work in collaboration with our clients - both as thought partners and with hands-on support - to develop your approaches, tools, and systems on a range of management questions and challenges.
Our Project-based coaching is designed to give leaders the same hands-on support and expertise, but focused on getting a specific critical management system (like a strong hiring system or useful goals for your team) set up and embedded in your organization, one element at a time.
Who we work with
Our clients are typically executives who:
Are leading an organization through a key change, like a time of significant growth or shifts in leadership;
Are working through new or particularly complex opportunities or challenges;
Are looking for new approaches to a set of challenges on their team; or
Know they can build even more effective teams by sharpening their own skills and strategies as managers.
We work with individual executives as well as with leadership teams, depending on your needs. With leadership teams, we work one-on-one with all or several leaders in an organization, and engage as a group where needed to create and solidify new approaches.
“Emily is an amazing leadership coach and thought partner. She nimbly challenged my thinking and perspectives on various topics; brought a practicality in distilling complex conversations and situations into manageable and common sense action steps; reflected back to me what I needed (not necessarily wanted) to hear; and most importantly brought effusive positivity into our conversations that made finding solutions and pathways forward (on even the toughest issues) enjoyable.”
